Orders must be sent to Giovanni Botticelli, specifying codes and articles of the products in the pricelist. Orders are considered accepted only after the order confirmation is sent, checked and accepted by the customer by signing it off and returning it to GB. We do not accept changes and cancellation after 24 hours from the confirmation. A deposit has to be paid in order to start production and validate the order confirmation. The balance is due prior to delivery. Any change in this terms of payments has to be agreed and be part of the signed order. Delivery terms are shown in order confirmation according to general sales conditions of each country. Finishes and colours of the images contained in the Catalogue should be merely indicative, therefore when choosing the articles, the contents of the pricelists or the supplied samples by GB shall be considered correct.

The included packaging is a standard type of wooden box. Material suitable for export but without accompanying certification unless specifically requested. Any special treatments and specific request will be evaluated separately.

Minor imperfections due solely to the hand crafted nature of the product must be not considered defects but rather the hallmark of a handmade product. They should be express the product’s prestige and uniqueness. Use only specific cleaning products for each kind of surface, following instructions received with the products.

Every one of Paola Paronetto’s creations is unique. From her exclusive clay mix, to the opaque and natural colour finish, each piece is completely handmade. Slight variations in shape, colour and size are to be considered a guarantee of authenticity and value. They are finished with non-toxic satin-finish enamels. Although very rarely, it is possible for them to leak after long periods of exposure to water. It is therefore advisable to test their water resistance before using them on delicate surfaces. They should not be used as dining utensils. The white pieces can be washed with water or sanitizing products, whereas the coloured pieces must be treated more gently and cleaned with a feather duster or a soft cloth, dry or moistened very slightly with water.
